Today, Year 5 and 6 held a Remembrance Day assembly for Year 3 children and parents. During this assembly, the children shared work and learning from their World War 1 topic. They also explained to the younger children why we remember the fallen.

We arrived at school to find a bonfire in our Foundation Unit, We learnt how to stay safe on bonfire night including staying safe near fires and how to use sparklers. We finished by eating yummy hot dogs! Stay safe on binfure night!!

Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 worked really hard to produce a superb Harvest Festival Celebration for our families. The children were amazing and spoke clearly and confidently. They even did an encore of the Harvest Samba. Well done everyone!
