Miss Pearson

Miss Ayub
Meet your teachers
Hello, my name is Miss Pearson and I will be your class teacher. I have loved watching you all grow into such fantastic learners and I am so excited to continue our journey. I enjoy teaching in EYFS as we continue to learn so many new things whilst still having lots of fun! My favourite things to teach are phonics, reading and science as I love carrying out different experiments and finding out lots new information.
I have a little girl called Isabella who is 5 and a little boy called Zachary who is nearly 1 year old. We have a dog called Maverick and love spending lots of time together outside at the park together. We also have lots of fun going to the beach, swimming and exploring new places.
I love reading a variety of different books with my children at home and in class too especially funny stories that make us laugh. I also love discovering new stories and look forward to you sharing your favourite stories with me! I am looking forward to starting our journey together in September and hearing about all your adevntures during the summer! Love Miss Pearson x x x
Hello Bumblebees!
My name is Mrs Ayub, and I am looking forward to being your teacher on Thursdays and Fridays! I can’t wait to help you learn, explore, and have a great time with you! In our classroom, we’ll do lots of learning through play—building our confidence, trying new things, and helping each other grow and shine. We’ll enjoy amazing stories, explore numbers in exciting ways, and take part in lots of fun themed activities around the classroom. From crafts to counting games and role play, there will be so many fun provision areas to discover and learn in! Each week, we’ll share photos with your grown-ups so they can see all the wonderful things we will get up to in Bumblebee Class.
Outside of the classroom – I love baking yummy treats, painting and crafting fun models such as binoculars and castles with my little girl! I also love watching Disney movies. What do you like making or doing? I would love to hear all about your interests in September and share these with our class friends. I’m really looking forward to meeting and getting to know you all! Have a lovely summer break and get ready for exciting days full of learning, laughter and play!
Meet your Teaching Assistant

Mrs Haynes
Hello, I’m Mrs Haynes and I am your Early Years Practitioner in EYFS
I have worked at Brinsworth Whitehill for 15 years and feel proud to be part of such a nurturing and supportive school community.
I have a real passion for reading and love nothing more than getting stuck into a good book. One of my favourite moments in the school day is sharing stories with the class during carpet time. I also really enjoy anything creative and I’m always on the lookout for fun, exciting projects to explore with the children.
At home, I spend as much time as I can with my family. I’m happiest when we’re out making memories together—whether that’s heading off on a day trip, enjoying a long walk, or simply being outdoors.
I can’t wait to meet you all in September and start our learning journey together!

Mrs Griffiths
Hello everyone, my name is Mrs Griffiths although I am known to many children as Mrs G. I will be working with Mrs Ayub on Thursday and Friday. I have worked in Bumblebees classroom for over 2 years and I can guarantee that we are going to have so much fun inside and outside of the classroom. I love to do crafting projects making things out of whatever is at hand or building dens or obstacle courses out in the yard. I can’t wait to meet you all in September, have a lovely summer.
Class Information
Our ClassDojo account will be updated regularly with lots of messages, dojo points and picture updates – it is important that you are engaging with this on a regular basis.
Homework will be given weekly and this will consist of spellings, maths and another piece of work linked to our curriculum. As soon as I know PE days for next year I will let you know.
Your attendance is extremely important and is the key to your success. Please ensure you are on time, every day and ready to learn in the classroom. We will see you in September!
