Metal Model Making

On Monday in Y6, we created our own models of shells because of our new topic Whitby. We were doing this because next week we are going to make metal versions of this to show people around the school. Here are some examples of us making our models and when they were finished:

Shakespeare show!

On the first of July class 5C/M will be performing a Shakespeare play called Othello!  So far we have worked on facial expressions, body language and our speech.  With working on speech we had to learn how to put expression into our sentences as well as how to make our voices bolder and louder.

Environmental Art

On Thursday afternoon 3LB has been learning about Andy Goldsworthy.  Andy was born in Cheshire and he lives in the UK. He is 59 years old now and in July he will be 60. He created sculptures and we had a go!

Alien models!

This week in class 5M we have been making little models of aliens out of plastercene. We made them out of different colours like green, black, yellow, marbled and lots more. The filming practice

Class 4/3R have been making a film that is like the Tortoise and the Hare. We planned out some scenes and froze so we could take a picture.
