Welcome
to Cedar (Year 3/4)

Meet your teacher
Hello. I’m Miss Holmes and this will be my third year at Brinsworth Whitehill but I have been a teacher for over twenty years. Welcome to Cedar class where I hope you are ready to work hard while having lots of fun along the way. We are a mixed year 3/4 class but for maths and literacy we will work in year groups so you could also be working with Mrs Hanson, Mrs Cobb and Miss Wakenshaw. I love teaching all subjects but I love anything creative so whenever I can get the art materials out, I will! I also love to read for pleasure and spend a lot of time looking for books that I think you will enjoy. When I am at home, I love to go out walking with my dog Boo exploring our local area. I look forward to being your teacher next year and helping you to try and achieve your dreams and goals for whatever your future holds.
Meet your Teaching Assistant

															Miss Best
Hi, I’m Miss Best. I have been working within schools sfor 5 years now and absolutely love seeing children progress and hit their milestones no matter how big or little they are. I enjoy doing anything to do with maths or crafting both in and outside school. My passion is going out with my friends to car gatherings and little family gatherings, making memories. I love going on camping trips as it gets me out of my comfort zone and shows me there’s a whole different world out there and that anything can be done when you put your mind to it. I look forward to meeting you all in September and hearing all your lovely stories from your holidays.
