WEEKLY UPDATE - WC 7TH OCTOBER (PART 3)

We enjoyed ‘being in the moment’ through mindfulness colouring and we watched and listened to a meditation video. As part of mental health awareness day today, the children in F2 have discussed different feelings such as sad, happy and lonely. We then had a go at yoga to help us relax and stay calm.

Mrs Peach was so impressed with her multiplication and division superstars this morning. We are learning about the inverse and how we can use the same numbers in different number sentences.

This morning we did some yoga to help us to have a healthy mind to start our day in Y4SH.

F1 finished mental health awareness week with a worry plaque. We made an area in our classroom to go when we are feeling worried or sad.
