Children in KS2 have been busy developing their archery skills in our after-school club! Archery is not only a fun and engaging sport, but it also helps pupils to build key skills such as concentration and hand-eye coordination. The children have shown brilliant determination as they aim for the target and work hard to improve their technique.
The club has been a wonderful way for students to challenge themselves and celebrate their progress, whether it’s hitting the target for the first time, getting closer to the bullseye, or supporting their friends with encouragement and cheers.
This opportunity is also part of the WPT Enrichment Promise, which ensures that all pupils across the Trust are given the chance to experience a wide variety of activities beyond the classroom. Through enrichment, children can try new sports, develop their skills, and grow in confidence.
Well done to all who attended!
