This half term, the children in Y5/6 have been exploring the artist L.S. Lowry. They used pencil to capture an industrial scene, looking closely at clear shapes and skylines. Using a water colour palette of grey, earth tones, every inch of their paper was painted. Finally, they added simple Lowry style figures using black pen or paint.
