The children in Holly class enjoyed dressing up in their costumes for World Book Day. They shared their all time favourite books with their friends. 📚🥰
UKS2 Celebrate World Book Day!
UKS2 had a fabulous World Book Day!! They took part in a variety of activities throughout the day including 3 ‘drop and read’ sessions and a book swap. Staff recommended books throughout the day which were snapped up and the children enjoyed!
Chestnut Class World Book Day Activities
Chestnut class had a fantastic World Book Day. As we are reading a Roald Dahl book for our class story we learned more about him in literacy then spent the afternoon drawing some of his fantastic characters, including The Twits!

Chestnut class had a wonderful day at Magna. They learned all about the planets in our solar system and then explored all of the areas in Magna. It was such an interesting and exciting day. Well done everyone!

Students from Year 5 and 6 visited Newby Wiske PGL recently for a residential trip.
