Y2 Science Experiment!

This week, Holly and Chestnut Class completed a Science investigation all about sound. They observed which instruments created the most vibrations and why. They then participated in a discussion about the results and used the new science vocabulary. They were very sensible scientists, well done everyone! #WeWorkHard

Stick Man Story in FS2!

Y1 Art!

Last week, Year 1 started to paint the grass on their landscape art, using their focus artist, Claude Monet as inspiration. Y2 Geography!

This week, Holly Class took their Geography learning outside! They completed a field sketch of our school grounds. The children discussed the human and physical features they could see, and worked hard to draw like a Geographer, and not like an artist. Well done Y2, great work! #WeWorkHard
Y1/2 Harvest Assembly!

This week, KS1 enjoyed a Harvest assembly with the Rivers Team. Sarah talked to the children about where their food comes from, and what happens during the Harvest period, before collecting all of the donations of food that have been kindly donated. Y3/4 E-Safety in Computing

This half term, Y3/4 have been learning about people who have had an impact on our world, and E-Safety. This week, the children looked at different scenarios and discussed what they should do to keep themselves safe. They know they should follow our school’s E-Safety charter.
