This week in class 5M, we have been learning about space. We have been making the Sun, Earth and the moon. First, we drew them with a compass that we made out of a pencil, string and a pin. To do that, we got the string and wrapped it round the pencil and the pin leaving a 2.5mm gap for the Moon and for the Earth a 4.7mm gap and then the Sun wass a 58cm gap. Then we covered them in tissue paper.
