Rotherham School Games – Y5/6 Girls Hockey

Our fantastic Y5/6 girls hockey team took part in the Rotherham School Games hockey tournament yesterday, and just missed out on the semi-finals. Mrs Westnidge was so proud of the girls who were outstanding in demonstrating the Whitehill Way. We are so proud of all of you!

Cherry Blossom Class Investigate Rocks

In Cherry Blossom class this week, children investigated how to identify different types of rocks by testing their hardness, permeability and whether they had calcium carbonate in them. The children are really enjoying learning about rocks and they really enjoyed the investigation.

Dog Safety With Blue Cross

On Monday, children throughout school were visited by Blue Cross in assembly and were taught about how to be safe around dogs.
