Our Y5/6 boys showed the Whitehill Way at the Rotherham School Games Hockey Festival. Mrs Brunyee was really pleased with their teamwork and resilience. Well done, boys!

Our fantastic Y5/6 girls hockey team took part in the Rotherham School Games hockey tournament yesterday, and just missed out on the semi-finals. Mrs Westnidge was so proud of the girls who were outstanding in demonstrating the Whitehill Way. We are so proud of all of you!
Cherry Blossom – Children In Need

Cherry Blossom class enjoyed their day on Friday raising money for Children In Need.
Cherry Blossom Class Investigate Rocks

In Cherry Blossom class this week, children investigated how to identify different types of rocks by testing their hardness, permeability and whether they had calcium carbonate in them. The children are really enjoying learning about rocks and they really enjoyed the investigation.

FS2 Start to Learn About Diwali

On Monday, we had a great first day back in FS2 and have started to learn about Diwali – the festival of light. We have designed and made some diva lamps using clay. We were really proud of what the children created.
