Chestnut class had an amazing afternoon with the Story Club today. They listened to Peter Rabbit and then made their own rabbit ears.
The children listened so well and we had some very happy bunnies by the end of the session!
Chestnut class had a lovely PSHE lesson discussing what it means to be kind and how to show it. We sat in a circle and they each said a thing that they liked about the person next to them. They showed great kindness and listened really well to one another during the activity.
Chestnut class had a great time walking around the area near the school and completing their fieldwork. They looked at their route on a map and then observed the physical and human features of their surroundings. Finally, they did a traffic survey of all the vehicles they could see.
