Welcome
to Blossom (Year 1/2)
Mrs Walker
Mrs Farmer
Meet your teachers
I enjoy reading with my class; I like to share a story from start to finish and discuss how the plot develops. I also read a lot in my spare time too so please come and share some of the books you are reading at home! I also enjoy art and trying to recreate famous pieces.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a seven-year-old, who most of you know, called Mya and three dogs (two are Yorkshire Terriers and one is a Cockapoo). I enjoy taking my dogs for walks; the longer the better! I really like live music and when I can, I like to go and see bands such as Green Day and Foo Fighters.
Hello, my name is Mrs Farmer and I will be teaching Blossom class for 3 days a week. I love working at Whitehill Primary and being part of the team. I am really looking forward to meeting you all, finding out your interests and getting to know all your different personalities. In my spare time I like to spend time with my children, Frankie and Connie and go on long walks with our dog Sammy.
Meet your Teaching Assistants
Mrs Bi
Hi my name is Mrs Bi and I have been part of the Brinsworth Whitehill primary team for the past six years. I will be supporting you in September in your new year 1/2 class. I believe the majority of you will know me from our walks at lunchtime and I can’t wait to meet you all properly and watch your unique characters blossom. Spending time with my family and friends is what I enjoy the most, especially cooking with my daughters. However, my more recent hobby is acting out different characters during role play sessions with my 3 year old daughter.
Miss Marshall
Hello, my name is Miss Marshall. I am looking forward to working with you all next year in Blossom class. I love working at Brinsworth Whitehill and working with children is my passion. I have 3 dogs who are called Princess, Teddy and Gizmo. I love horses and love spending my spare time with them.
