This week, children at Brinsworth Whitehill learnt some really important life skills during their First Aid training, and how to treat people in need. They listened to the instructor brilliantly, following the steps shown to them in order to ensure their partner was okay. They also learned who to call in an emergency.
The children in Y6 focused on checking a patient for danger, response, airway, breathing, CPR, and defibrillator training. All children were fully engaged, focused, and enjoyed the practical aspect of the learning.
