Y6 Receive Their Leavers Hoodies

Brinsworth Celebrate World Book Day
We loved celebrating WBD with all the children yesterday at Brinsworth! All the children looked amazing dressed as their favourite characters and had so much fun taking part in WBD activites. ♥

Chestnut Class celebrated World Book Day yesterday. We had a lovely day sharing books, designing book covers and having a go at our book quiz.
World Book Day with LKS2
LKS2 have had an amazing world book day! We loved dressing up as our favourite characters and sharing our most loved stories. In the afternoon, the classes of LKS2 spent time with each other to read and take part in WBD activities. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful day!

Y1/2 Shadow And Light Photography
Year 1/2 children had a lovely time exploring shadow and light with colours in their photography after school club!
Chestnut Class Read ‘Peace at Last’
📚Chestnut class have loved reading ‘Peace at Last’ this week in literacy. We sequenced the story and then the children acted out the book, either being the story teller or one of the characters. The children remembered the story really well and had fun being the different characters.
Year 5/6 Lowry Art
A few of year 5/6’s finished L. S. Lowry industrial landscape art works. 🎨 The children worked really hard to incorporate Lowry figures onto their scenes.
French Day with KS2
