Oak Class First Aid Skills

In Oak class, we have learnt lots of important lessons and skills during our first aid training, including what to do in an emergency. We enjoyed having a go at putting a bandage on our friends.

Chestnut Class – What to do in an emergency

Chestnut class were fantastic yesterday learning about what to do in an emergency. They knew the different emergency services and then learned what to say on the telephone in an emergency. They listened so well and Mrs Sharp was very proud of them.

FS2 Learn about the Hindu festival Diwali

Last week we learned about the Hindu festival Diwali. We have enjoyed using clay to make our own diva lamps and have loved trying the food that is eaten at Diwali.

KS1 Artists

Ks1 have really enjoyed studying the artist Claude Monet and his landscapes. The children captured their own landscapes through sketching, then created their finished pieces in paint using impressionist technique to fill the entire paper.
