Y3/4 Learn A Chinese Folk Song
Children in Y3/4 have been learning to play a Chinese folk song on the glockenspiel.
Bloosom Class Solve Division Questions
In maths Blossom class have been using either dienes or partitioning to solve division questions where we have been dividing 2 digit by 1 digit numbers.
Photography Club
Our new photography club was a great success. The children have been focussing on light and colour today. Miss Beaty was extremely proud of all the children. #whitehillwonders
WPT and Dragons Teaching Join Forces to Deliver Primary MFL Curriculum
From this week, WPT has teamed up with Dragons Teaching – an e-learning platform that combines real-time online teaching with fun and interactive games – to deliver the MFL curriculum to KS2 students at all eight Wickersley Partnership Trust primary schools.
Gymnastics Class
We enjoyed our first gymnastics session last week in Butterflies and Ladybirds. We learned about different types of jumps and balances and how to do them in a safe way.
Pottery Club
KS2 Children at the pottery club really enjoyed their first session. Can you guess what they are making? To find out you can see all their completed work when it’s displayed in Clifton park museum.
Chestnut Class Make Bread
Chestnut class had an amazing time making bread. They designed their bread first, thinking hard about what shape and what ingredients to use. They then made their own bread using their design. What a lovely day!
Y1 Baking Bread
Y1 Holly Class had lots of fun designing and baking their own bread for their DT project. It tasted delicious!
