Another busy evening in KS1 craft club – last night we made spring flowers. Have a look at some of our finished results. 😍

Measuring Mass

The children in Mrs Sharp’s maths group enjoyed learning more about measuring mass. They experimented with the scales, using different combinations of grams to balance the scales or make one side of the scales heavier than the other. Well done everyone!

Maths Scavenger Hunt

Foundation Stage children and their grown ups enjoyed a Maths scavenger hunt around their classroom this week. They had a brilliant time looking for different objects and did some fantastic counting!

Easter Church Visit

Fantastic behaviour from the Y3/4 children this week on our visit to St.Mary’s church where we made an Easter chick and listened to the Easter Story. 🐣

Learning Through Landscapes

Mrs Westnidge was lucky enough to have some free training as part of our outdoor grant from ‘Learning Through Landscapes’ based on den building. 🏕 Last week we put this training into practise and were busy making dens. The children have really enjoyed it and have picked up some wonderful new skills!

Maths Measurements!

Miss Ayub and Mrs Walker’s Maths class was full of excitement last week learning about mass and volume! We poured water from one container to another container to show ’empty’ ‘nearly empty’ ‘full’ and ‘nearly full’. Well done all! 😊

Whitehill Wonders 🤩

Last week we had another great week for our Whitehill Wonders and Pledge earners. 🌟 Well done everyone!
