This week we had a very special visitor in Key Stage1 – Grandma Edna! Grandma Edna came to tell us about what school was like when she was a little girl. This term we will be learning about schools in the past.
What an amazing day KS1 had at the seaside. The children were fantastic and we are very proud of them. There was a sandcastle competition and the children had so much fun together on the sand!
In KS1 We used our environment rubbings to focus on part of a castle picture and begin to sketch it. We used dots, thick and thin lines, and shading to create texture.
This week, KS1 are having a virtual visit from Warburtons. We are finding out how bread is made and how we can maintain a healthy diet!
