3/4S Investigating Light

3/4S had a great afternoon learning how light can pass through some materials but not others. We discussed the terms transparent, translucent, and opaque and then investigated different materials around the classroom with our torches.

1/2H Mazy Maths!

1/2H have been looking at position and direction in Maths. We had to instruct our friend through a maze using the correct terminology. It was tricky but we had lots of fun!

We have been making clay tiles today. We collected natural objects to print onto the clay.

Brilliant Brushing 🦷

Today, we learned all about teeth! We used disclosure tablets to identify plaque. We then brushed our teeth for two minutes.

Clay Afternoon

Some children in Year 3/4 were lucky to be chosen to complete some clay work as part of our golden time activities. We are really impressed with what the children have produced.
