This Spring term has been filled with fabulous activities.

We have had a fabulous science week with lots of interesting learning activities in each class. Foundation stage and Key Stage 1 also met some very interesting and unusual creatures. We all fell in love with Flora the rabbit but I wasn’t keen on Boris the tarantula. Well done to Mrs Sprague who had him on her head! Ks2 have done lots of different workshops and year 5 and 6 have also been CSI detectives and solved crimes while year 3 and 4 enjoyed their visit to York, where they learnt all about transport.¬†Finally, the whole school has learnt all about chocolate teapots! Don’t ask!

We continue to do well at sporting events (see sports blog) and I am looking forward to seeing our dance group perform after Easter.

The Easter activities (bonnet parade, egg rolling and decorating eggs) have been very egg-citing! Check out the blogs to see.

Finally, our new chicks Bill, Bob, Bernard, Basil and Bo (in order of age) are doing well and growing big. We are waiting with baited breadth for our first eggs!
