The Kiss of Death

imageOver the past term 6R and 6K have been reading a book called The Kiss of Death. The book is about 3 children who go on a school trip to Eyam. Whilst they are in Eyam, the children end up stealing money from Mompessons well. They had been told that people only throw pretend old coins into the well but they still took the chance and took some coins out of the well. After they came back from their trip to Eyam, they took the coins to an antique shop because some of the coins were heavy and didn’t look fake. The three of them, to their surprise, had actually found some coins that were from the 1600’s and worth a lot of money.
