F2 Physical Skills

Children in F2 have been very busy this week practising their physical skills.

Musicial Superstars!

Children in Y3-4 learnt to play the 12-bar blues chord progression as an instrumental solo in the song they have been learning called the Moanin’ Lisa Blues from the Simpsons. What superstars!

Headteachers Award!

Headteachers Award for this superstar for his amazing effort in literacy. What a star!

What a great start!

Birch class have had a great start to the new school year. We have started learning about the Kingdom of Benin in History, Africa in Geography and we even took part in a live webinar where we met some authors. Great start 👍

Y1 Science Class

Y1 had lots of fun learning about different organs in Science, they then labeled the organs on their friends.

KS2 Superstars

Outside Learning

Chestnut class really enjoyed their geography lesson today. They learned all about human and physical features and then went outside in the school grounds to see how many they could identify.

FS2 Exploring Outdoors!

This week we have loved exploring our outdoor area! We’ve had lots of fun bug hunting and pretending to be firefighters!

Stone Age Painting!

In Willow class we have gone back in time and used natural resources to create colour pigments. We have then used these to paint just like they would’ve done in the Stone Age!

Maths Class Update!

In Miss Henson’s maths group we have been using base 10 and place value charts with counters.
